1. Definitions and Applicability

The meaning of certain terms used in this document is clarified below. These definitions apply consistently throughout the terms and conditions.

1.1 Key Terms

• "Platform" refers to the bijli baji website, mobile application, and all related services.
• "User" refers to any person who holds a registered account on bijli baji or uses the platform.
• "Services" refers to sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, and all other gaming activities.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total of cash and bonus funds currently held in a user's account.

1.2 Scope of Applicability

These terms apply to all services provided on the bijli baji platform. They take effect as soon as a user accesses the platform. If you disagree with any part, you should stop using the platform.

2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account on bijli baji, users must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. The name, mobile number, and payment details provided at registration must be real and verifiable.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same name or from the same device, bijli baji reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend the accounts.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bijli baji may at any time request a national identity card or other valid documents to verify a user's identity. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily restricted.

2.4 Account Security

Users are responsible for keeping their username and password completely confidential. Any unauthorised use of the account must be reported to the bijli baji support team immediately.

3. Age Limit and Eligibility

The minimum age to use all services on bijli baji is 21 years. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from opening an account or taking part in any gaming activity. If this condition is found to have been violated, the account and its entire balance will be forfeited.

3.1 Geographic Applicability

Users must confirm that using online betting and gaming services from their location is their own responsibility. Users must verify this for themselves before using the bijli baji platform.

3.2 Personal Use Only

An account is for the registered person's own use only. Placing bets on behalf of a third party, managing someone else's account, or running group betting is prohibited.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits on bijli baji:

• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks)

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200. No deposit below the specified minimum will be processed.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

Users must deposit from a payment account registered in their own name. Funds sent from another person's account will not be accepted and may be returned. bijli baji reserves the right to take immediate action if fraudulent activity is detected on any payment channel.

5. Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

The same methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum amount for each withdrawal request is ৳1,000. No withdrawal below this amount can be processed.

5.3 Verification Process

For large withdrawal requests, bijli baji may require additional identity verification. bijli baji reserves the right to hold the withdrawal if the user does not cooperate with this verification process.

5.4 Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

bijli baji may reject or hold a withdrawal request in any of the following situations:

• Account verification has not been completed
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• There is suspicion of fraudulent activity
• The user's payment details do not match the name on the account

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. To withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000 — to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered.

6.2 Bonus Terms

• Bonuses must be used within a specified time period; any unused bonus will be removed after expiry.
• Deposits from multiple accounts using the same payment method to claim a bonus are not permitted.
• bijli baji reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
• A bonus can never be withdrawn directly — it can only be won after the wagering requirements are met.

6.3 VIP Program

The bijli baji VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is based on the net loss for that week. Full details of VIP member benefits can be found on the relevant page.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets must be placed at odds set by bijli baji. Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled unless bijli baji voluntarily offers a cancellation option.

7.2 Event Cancellation and Suspension

If a match or event is cancelled, bets on that event are generally refunded. However, for in-play betting, if an event stops after a certain point in time, the outcome may be settled based on the result at that moment.

7.3 Technical Errors

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bijli baji reserves the right to cancel bets placed at those odds. Any funds staked in such cases will be returned.

7.4 Maximum Bet Limits

bijli baji may set maximum bet limits for each event, market, or individual user account. These limits are subject to change depending on circumstances.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bijli baji platform:

1. Match fixing or attempting to influence the outcome of an event by any unfair means.
2. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or gain betting advantages.
3. Selling, renting, or sharing account credentials with a third party.
4. Using automated bots or software to place bets or play games.
5. Attempting to breach the platform's security measures.
6. Using the platform for money laundering.
7. Opening an account using a false identity or forged documents.

The account of anyone found to be involved in any of the above activities will be closed immediately and the balance forfeited. bijli baji also reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by bijli baji

bijli baji may temporarily or permanently suspend a user's account for any of the following reasons:

• Suspicion or evidence of a breach of the terms and conditions
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Evidence of multiple accounts being operated from the same device or network

9.2 Closure by the User

Users may request to close their account at any time. A self-exclusion option is also available for those who wish to stop problematic gaming, in line with the Responsible Gaming Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

bijli baji does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to network issues, maintenance, or unavoidable circumstances. bijli baji will not be liable for any loss caused as a result.

10.2 Third-Party Software

Game content is supplied through various third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, and JILI. bijli baji's liability is limited in situations arising from technical issues with these providers.

10.3 Risk of Gambling

Gaming and betting carry inherent financial risk. Users participate at their own discretion and entirely at their own risk. bijli baji is not responsible for bets placed beyond one's means or for financial losses.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage, and use of users' personal information is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is in effect alongside these terms and conditions, and both are considered part of the same agreement.
